Final preparations are now completed for the forthcoming Bolsover International Brass Band Summer School (BIBBSS). Despite what has been an exceedingly difficult period for us all in the brass band movement we can now look forward to renewing old acquaintances and meeting many new delegates to this year’s course.

Our strong management team have been proactive in planning for the course since early this year and have been determined to provide a safe environment at BIBBSS where delegates can participate in an amazing week of learning and celebration, where we can converse, socialise, learn, and generally enjoy life and music together.

We are still accepting enrolments for the forthcoming course at Shirebrook Academy, Derbyshire commencing Sunday July 25^th through to Friday July 30^th and you can be assured that you will be greeted, supported, and coached by some of the finest brass band musicians, not to mention some of the most entertaining group of personalities you are likely to meet.
