BIBBSS confirms outdoor concert to Newstead Abbey (subject to COVID restrictions)

Carole Hirst, Course Director of Bolsover International Brass Band Summer School, confirmed today that Newstead Abbey and Gardens are pleased to welcome back the BIBBSS Band to perform an outdoor concert on Wednesday 28th July at 1.30pm.

BIBBSS Band have performed there on 3 occasions in past years and the venue has always been a favourite location for the band to enjoy an interesting afternoon and to perform with such glorious surroundings.

To those delegates already signed up that have been in the past. I’m sure you’ll join us in being more than a little excited at the thought of a return to this great, imposing venue.
